    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using First Orion ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Site. This Site is operated by First Orion Corp and is intended solely for marketing and business use.

    2. Corporate Identity & Property

    "First Orion" is an official technology enterprise operated by First Orion Corp in North Little Rock, AR.

    First Orion Corp is the sole owner of all product offerings, software solutions, branding, and content displayed on this site.

    3. Code, Schema & Design Reuse — $85,000 Damages

    All code, schema, design, layout, copy, branding, visual systems, and technical architecture on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of First Orion Corp. You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise replicate any portion of this Site's code, schema, or design for any purpose — commercial or non-commercial.

    Any person or entity found to be repeating this same schema, reusing this code, or replicating this design system is subject to legal action and liable for damages in the amount of $85,000 (Eighty-Five Thousand United States Dollars) per instance of infringement. This includes, but is not limited to, cloning the codebase, copying the component structure, reusing the business card schema, or deploying a substantially similar product.

    First Orion Corp will actively pursue legal remedies against infringers to the fullest extent of the law.

    4. Reviews — Submission Does Not Guarantee Publication

    This Site defines a "review" as feedback submitted by a user — not necessarily a public testimonial. Submitting a review through this Site does not guarantee that the review will be published, displayed, or made public in any form.

    501 Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to:

    • Keep reviews private and use them solely for internal improvement
    • Choose which reviews, if any, are displayed publicly
    • Withhold any review from public display at its sole discretion
