    • Chatbot (KARDI): Questions you type into the chat assistant are processed to generate responses. No chat data is stored on external servers.
    • Reviews: If you submit a review, we receive your name, rating, and feedback text. Reviews are not necessarily published — see our Terms of Service.
    • Push Notifications: If you opt in, we may send you notifications about updates and marketing tips. You can opt out at any time.

    We do not collect data you do not provide. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or hidden data collection.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    Your information is used exclusively for:

    • Responding to your inquiry, strategy session request, or message
    • Scheduling appointments and consultations
    • Providing the services you requested
    • Sending push notifications you have explicitly opted into
